After years of inconsistency and turmoil, the Syracuse Crunch have become one of the AHL’s most consistent teams since affiliating with the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2012-13. Thirty-one Crunch regulars as well as multiple coaches were a part of the Lightning’s Stanley Cup wins in 2020 and 2021.
